Calcium zinc stabilizer

Calcium Zinc Stabilizer is a commonly used plastic additive, mainly used in the processing of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Calcium zinc stabilizer can improve the thermal stability and weather resistance of PVC, and reduce its degradation and aging during processing and use. It can replace traditional organotin stabilizers, reduce environmental pollution and impact on human health.

Calcium zinc stabilizer is mainly composed of calcium salt and zinc salt, in which calcium salt can provide thermal stability, and zinc salt can provide weather resistance. Calcium zinc stabilizer chemically reacts with PVC molecules during PVC processing to form a stable compound to prevent the degradation and aging of PVC molecules.

Calcium zinc stabilizer has good thermal stability, weather resistance and mechanical properties, which can improve the service life and performance stability of PVC products. It is widely used in PVC pipes, PVC sheets, PVC profiles, PVC wires and cables and other fields.

However, calcium-zinc stabilizers also have some problems, such as easy decomposition and release of harmful gases under high temperature conditions, causing potential risks to the environment and human health. Therefore, when using calcium-zinc stabilizers, attention should be paid to controlling the processing temperature and avoiding excessive processing temperature. In addition, the stability and performance of calcium-zinc stabilizers are also affected by the formulation and processing technology, which requires reasonable formulation design and processing control.
